During checking, if any of your documents or all the documents are missing, then do not panic. You can claim to the traffic police that your papers are complete. In such a situation, the traffic police will challan you. But, within 15 days of deducting the challan, you have to go to the zonal office of the traffic police and show your complete documents. If you submit the challan with full documents, then the traffic police has the right to cancel your challan. What to pay attention to?
Keep in mind that if there is no document, then do not lie about it. Because, your documents will be considered only if your documents are valid till the date of deducting the challan. If any document is made after the date of deducting the challan, then it will be declared invalid and in the absence of documents on the spot, the full payment of the challan which is deducted will have to be paid.
