Now you will be able to rent Maruti cars in Jaipur, Indore, Mangalore and Mysuru (Maruti Suzuki rental plan). After the completion of this scheme, customers have the option of buying a new car or buying a hired car. According to the news of PTI, in this way the company’s ‘Maruti Suzuki subscribe scheme‘ has now started in 19 cities. The company has said that it has also started a marketplace model for this service. It will be able to offer car subscription products at competitive rates through multiple partners.
Agreement with three partners
According to the news, the company has roped in three partners for this – Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd. (Orix), ALD Automotive India (ALD Automotive) and Miles Automotive Technologies. The company said in the information sent to the stock exchanges that its subscribe plan has now started in four more cities. In this way, now this scheme has reached 19 cities.
New concept for the Indian market
Shashank Srivastava, Senior Executive Director (Marketing and Sales), Maruti Suzuki said that the car subscription scheme is a new concept for the Indian market. We are constantly updating our program. We have added four more cities under this program so that we will be able to serve more customers.
The scheme was started in July last year
Maruti Suzuki started the subscribe scheme in July last year. Under this, different cars of the customer company such as WagonR, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, Ertiga, Maruti Suzuki Arena and Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, S-Cross and XL6 (WagonR, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, Ertiga, Maruti Suzuki Arena and Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, S-Cross and XL6) can be subscribed through Nexa. Under this scheme, customers do not need to buy a vehicle. They can use the car by paying monthly fees. Monthly fees include car utility fees, registration fees, maintenance, insurance and other shared services.
