We’re sorry that you lost or stole your Love2shop Paper Vouchers. We cannot replace vouchers as they are considered cash. However, we recommend that you consult your household insurance policy in case of theft or loss. This may include coverage for losses outside the home.

Love2shop PAPER Vouchers: Damaged

You can exchange Love2shop Paper Vouchers that have been damaged for a small administrative fee.

1) Have not expired

2) The serial numbers are visible

2) You can have both the coupon and counterfoil. Counterfoil and voucher

Please Note:

Vouchers that are damaged and do not meet these criteria will be destroyed.
To cover administration, shipping and packing costs, a 10% administration fee will apply. This fee will be deducted off the total amount of the vouchers that are returned.
