You can exchange Love2shop Paper Vouchers that have been damaged for a small administrative fee.

2) The serial numbers are visible
2) You can have both the coupon and counterfoil. Counterfoil and voucher
Please Note:
Vouchers that are damaged and do not meet these criteria will be destroyed.
To cover administration, shipping and packing costs, a 10% administration fee will apply. This fee will be deducted off the total amount of the vouchers that are returned.
