Banjara Hills: Cyber criminals beat up a woman who tried to sell headphones on OLX. The details of the incident which took place in Banjara Hills PS are as follows. Farida Khan, a resident of Zaheera Nagar, Road No. 10, Banjara Hills, works as a manager in a digital marketing company.
Recently, Farida Khan announced the OLX platform to sell the headphones she owns. A man named Santosh Singh, who saw the advertisement, called Faridakhan and told him that he would buy headphones and accept the QR code he sent to pay.
According to him, the QR code was scanned and Rs 31,000 was lost from her account on several occasions. Banjara Hills police have registered a case of cheating against accused Santosh Singh following a complaint lodged by the victim.
